Easy solution. Embark on volcano A. Build framework, cast Obsidian. Remove framework, pierce top of volcano. Mamga will spill out into the outer volcano as the inner volcano refills from it's self, until you have a volcano in a volcano. Viola.

Bonus points for creating an internal obsidian bubble without DFLiquids to contain the actual jail.
