There are people who use 40d but not a lot. I've never heard of a 23a suc game though.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, Boatmurdered was 22f, so... technically...

Boatmurdered started at 0.22.110.22f, but it went at least through version 0.22.121.23a (not to be confused with 0.23.130.23a) based on the presence of metal bins.
