Diplomat left unhappy

I'm not sure if this is a bug- My mayor was taken by a fey mood and the diplomat left unhappy immediatly.

I just noticed another recent post with the same topic - sorry for not posting this in there

Has he ever conducted a meeting since?  That was my main annoyance, I can understand the diplomat getting pissy at their contact being unavailable, but the fact that my mayor never held a meeting again is what was the real killer
