So! To those that have some knowledge of Steam...

Randomly when logging into my account, I found out I had a problem.

My screens are messed up. Any idea how to fix it? The Steam forums are weird, and I can't seem to figure them out, any help would be -epic-

Not happening on my client. I would presume some setting on your computer is screwing up the Steam in-client browser. Thus the problem is your computer, not Steam, and I cannot help you without understanding your computer.
