Flood gate not working in magma
« on: December 19, 2007, 01:15:00 pm »

so I built a flood gate at the end of a tunnel right at my front door I linked up the flood gate like normal, tested it with an empty tunnel, it opened and closed fine.  Then I filled the tunnel with magma.  When I tested my floodgate it opened fine, but it refused to close.  I threw the lever several times, waiting about 10 seconds each time to see if it would work.  I saved and re opened my game and it still would not close.  I don't think it's supposed to be a one time thing.

hmm...thanks for the link.  I guess I will have to wait until I find some magma resistant stone/metal before building my doomsday device.  It was kinda funny to fill the whole valley with magma though.
