Go in search of the reactor core.

You don't see a full auto weapon, but you're shotgun is long ranged.

You walk through the corridors of the ship. You can't find the reactor core, but you do find a shield generator!

The satchel charge explodes, hitting the generator in the particle accelerator, and destabalizing the environment.

The shield generator has collapsed

Upon running back into the hangar, you find that the crew, and most of the remaining guard, have abandoned post and are scrambling for a way off the ship.

And now they have spotted you.

Luckily, you manage to get to 5's fighter, and you both take off.

The frigate stands suddenly quiet. All noises stop from within. A railgun shot pierces through it's hull, imploding it.

Several minutes later, the surrender signal sounds off on the radio frequency, and the remaining Pirates are defeated.

After that victory, a peace settlement was worked out with the lords of hyperion. Jar-Lohde builds up his fleet, surely ready to go to war with the endangering presence of the Confederate army. One day, the fleet set out to Tallon IV. It seemed as though the Iron Guard and the Confederacy's days were numbered.

Then, the fleet disappeared.

To this day, nothing has been heard of Jar-lohde, nor his All Mighty flagship, the Heaven's Gauntlet.

Knowledge of the legendary exploits of his army begin to fade, only kept by the remnants of the chozo and few libraries on Vho and Daiban.

Jar-Lohde's army becomes myth, and is nicknamed "the guardians".

Trouble comes and goes, with various threats arising and thwarted.

The only sighting of his army was during the battle of Phaaze. The current Fleet Admiral swears to this day that a mysterious fighter squadron came in and covered the retreat of his forces, leading to the extermination of phazon. Not a thing has been heard of them since.

However, no matter how bad things get, know that whenever evil is afoot, the legendary Guardians will step in to help you.
