There is the CORPSEPIECE item token for dismembered parts, but I'm not sure if it works.

Can you make it only use Dwarf limbs?

Looking at Deon's second example reaction--

[REAGENT:A:1:REMAINS:NONE:NONE:NONE]

Would you change one of those ':NONE:' tags to ':DWARF:'? And, if so, which one? (I really want to sacrifice my Dwarves into coal.)

You cant use dwarf bodyparts or corpses in reactions, even with edited ethics.

I make Grimlocke's History & Realism Mods. Its got poleaxes, sturdy joints and bloomeries. Now compatible with DF Revised!

Hmmm... Elven limbs, perhaps?

That's less of a sacrifice and more of an offering, isn't it?

Oh, I missed that one. Wait... I mistook killing elves as a sacrifice... does that mean I'm in a conspiracy with the elves? OH SNAP I HAVE TO SACRIFICE MYSELF TO ARMOK IMMEDIATELY!

Just realized something, will this produce the product in the right scale? I just realized that I've left out a product dimension.

Ok, I've been mucking around with this, but hit a bit of a snag, being the nub that I am. This is what I have so far:

[REACTION:REACTION_ALCHEMY_001]
 [NAME:blood sacrifice for coke]
   [BUILDING:SMELTER:NONE]
[REAGENT:A:1:BARREL:NONE:NONE:NONE][EMPTY][PRESERVE_REAGENT]
   [REAGENT:100:1:LIQUID_MISC:NONE:CREATURE_MAT:NONE:BLOOD]
   [PRODUCT:95:10:BAR:NONE:COAL:COKE]
   [SKILL:ALCHEMY]

Problem is I'm not sure how to have the game accept the blood in a barrel instead of as a separate object, but leave the barrel intact, similar to what the farming workshop does when one makes cheese. As you may have guessed, I'm fairly new to this, so could anyone please advise on tagging this?

Code: [Select]
[REAGENT:oil:150:LIQUID_MISC:NONE:NONE:NONE]
[UNROTTEN]
[HAS_MATERIAL_REACTION_PRODUCT:SOAP_MAT]
[REAGENT:oil container:1:NONE:NONE:NONE:NONE]
[CONTAINS:oil]
[PRESERVE_REAGENT]
[DOES_NOT_DETERMINE_PRODUCT_AMOUNT]

That's not exactly what you're looking for, I only copied it because it's the same basic principle.
I have a reagent, in this case "oil" and another reagent, which simply requires an item that contains the "oil."

To be honest, I haven't done enough science to this reaction to know if it really works, but it shows up and lists the right requirements, plus I'm almost certain that this is the format you need.

It looks like you're using an old way of using containers, and I'm not sure it works anymore.
