Limping

Alright so I searched through this forum and didn't see anything about limpin' from leg wounds, so,
Instead of instantly falling down and being unable to attack and dodge effectively(at all), a dorf would just start limping when a leg or foots' motor nerves are severed or a bone is broken.

It'd still make combat difficult, but not nearly as bad as it would be if a dwarf was lying on it's rump flailing a hammer around.
The leg coming off completely would obviously cause the creature to fall, or at least bumble around on one foot, and a crutch would still allow him to walk normally, for the most part.
Yeah, discuss and stuff.

Seems a fair suggestion. Perhaps increase the likelyhood of them falling over if charged or hit hard enough when already limping.

Yeah its a good idea, ive had many a dorf who would just sit in hospital with pretty much just a bruised foot for ages until a doctor looks at him. Though of course there would be limitations such as speed, combat effectiveness, jobs that require both hands, social?, etc.

Yeah, having a mauled leg isn't very good for getting around or fighting, as for social, you know how some people fawn over others to sign their casts and give them get well soon cards?
In my head it'd work like that.  :)
