King's social skills

I have a king in my fortress for a few years now. Every year he conducts a meeting with an Elven Noble about our woodcutting, but he didn't get any experience at any social skills. I think he should have learned something by now.

Oh, that's obvious, but he didn't learn to make those pricks let us cut all the trees we need  ;)
