(Interface Tweak) Zoom to dwarf from military page

The ability to use the Z(or another) key to zoom to a selected dwarf on the military positions page would make micromanaging military dwarves much easier. It would also be welcome on the nobles page.

That is most definitelly wanted.

I tend to give military dwarves "soldier" nickname to differentiate them from unassigned dwarves and it is not as easy when you cant zoom to them. (because when adding to new squad, dwarves from other squards are shown in unit menu and you can easily steal then from other squads and generally mess up army layout - FFFFUUUUU)
