Legendary Carpenter Won't work

I have a legendary carpenter that goes around with "No Job" even though there's jobs queued up in the carpenter's workshop.  He'll haul crap around, but won't even touch the workshop unless I destroy it and rebuild it.  Even then, he'll make one item and quit using it.

Are you trying to build an animal trap?  That requires trapping, not carpentry.
