So say I want to make a squad stop training and station themselves at a point, how do I designate the station? I know how to schedule them to do so but how do I actually pick where they hang around?

You may have them station at a Point (I believe setting up a point is [N], not completely certain.), or use [ s ]quads->[squad letter(a, b, c)]->[m]ove.
