so my pc has been wondering around the overland map for near on 5 hours now and he still hasnt been dragged into a fight!

Maybe Im being exceptionally unlucky?
Ive basically circled the whole map and he hasnt been attacked ( eg he hasnt been dragged into the tactical map of the area he's in and set upon by anything).

Is that intentional,I hope not cause though I would travel only using the tactical map it runs too slow to be worth my while...

all the same, excellent work Tarn,I dread to think how many source files you have to sift through when bug hunting.

Yeah, I hadn't been ambushed the last few times I wandered around, but chalked it up to luck.  Maybe it's a bug though.  Anybody ever been ambushed during adventure mode travel in the new one?

I walked all over the place with a couple different adventurers earlier today, and I can't recall a single random encounter. May as well look into it to make sure we're not all just generating adventurers with horrible BO that's keeping the animals away.
