I saw a thread earlier in regards to Record keepers gaining skill super fast, I can't seem to find it now but I thought I'd:

a) Second it.
b) Say that in my experience, contrary to the first thread, the insane skill gain doesn't seem dependent on setting it to highest precision. Mine is on medium and the keeper has gone from no skill to Competent in what has been roughly half a season.
