I hear there are IRL nations that worship a Lamb. Crazy stuff.

The entire content consists of senseless murder, a pile of faceless naked women and zero regard for human life in general, all in the service of the protagonist's base impulses. It is clearly a cry for help from a neglected, self absorbed and disempowered juvenile badly in need of affectionate guidance. What a sad, sad display.

I had a carpdwarf associated with fortresses, metal, and war. My utterly badass "let's solo hundreds of goblins and their mounts for a change, I'm bored of killing forgotten beasts" dwarf worshiped them, too

Some silly IRL people also worship a dove. Seriously?

Current highlight of my fortress deities is a god of muck who takes the form of a male dragonfly. His name? Ugath the Hairy Cyst.

Magma? Goat? Fire? Your dwarves obviously worship the devil.

What's so baa-aa-aa-ad about a goat god?

Have them killed. Nothing solves a problem quite as effectively as simply having it killed.

I've got two -- one contender for "most domains" , and one contender for "weirdest".

A rotting female yak cow. Yeah. That's a new one.

Edit: Oh, hell. I forget my monitor is so big sorry for massive post.

Magma? Goat? Fire? Your dwarves obviously worship the devil.
You definitely should build a satanic fortress, with blood and skulls and goats everywhere. Engrave walls with pentagrams and upside down crosses and goats and everything. Let lava flow though your hallways and such.
For every woman entering the map check in legends if she ever was married and if not sacrifice her to your goat god.

I've already done that.

This isn't weird in terms of what the god was represented as, so much as his title:

Bokbon the Squid-Clam of Waxes.

It made me crave seafood...

And he was a god of hunting, too. How does one hunt squid or clams? (And don't be a smart-arse and say 'fishing')

I once saw a civ have a demon rat as a god (iirc, it was a god of decay and corruption).  I thought that was pretty spiffy.

Someone should draw up a guideline of rules for worshiping the goat god...
[/suggestion that should be done]

Your gods are all smalltime.

I've had a "Male Giant Cave Spider of the sun" as a god. No wonder dwarves live underground.

Or maybe there's a god who's just completely insane and sends you to Detroit, Michigan in a new body if you ever utter the name "Pat Sajak".
