Archery Target is Missing

Is the target somehow not present in this version of dwarf fortress? I've triple-checked the Mason's workshop, the Carpenter's workshop, heck... I've even looked in the Craftdwarfs workshop, the Seige workshop, and various other places. Not even the Forge can produce an archery target. Therefore I find myself stuck with a marksdwarf that has a squad of three recruits under him, due to the fact that I am unable to construct archery ranges without targets. Any help, Toady?

It's the in the build menu, you just set it up out of a basic piece of stone.

I knew I was forgetting something. I feel immensely stupid right now... I've built them plenty of times in fortresses before, I guess it slipped my mind.
