Hi,

I had a number of metalsmiths, but for whatever reason, I hadn't yet built a metalsmith's forge.  One of my metalsmith's became possessed, and went to his bedroom to sulk.

A few days later, I built a metalsmith's forge for him, and he collected the artifact ingredients as normal.  He then built an artifact, but after that, didn't become legendary in metalsmithing.  In fact, he is still a novice.  

Is this right?

Posessions dont give skill.

You get skills from a fey mood, fell mood, or withdrawal from society.  A possession just nets you an extra artifact to worry about.

Hmm, ok, that's a shame.

To add to that, he made a bronze amulet in the metalsmith's forge, but didn't need charcoal?
