So, they're in the game, in the form of people who don't exist?  Fantastic!  It still means it's a legit class and can get tile-set.

The only reason they don't exist physically is because non-human sites are broken. Prior to the pop rewrite they were encounterable.

Druid skill has no profession (nothing in the string dump, plus checked myself using NATURAL_SKILL on dwarves. Still professionally peasasnts). Alchemist skill has a profession in the string dump, so I didn't bother checking.

I am trying to make chickens lay bees as eggs. So far it only produces a single "Tame Small Creature" when a hen lays bees.
Honestly at the time, I didn't see what could go wrong with crowding 80 military Dwarves into a small room with a necromancer for the purpose of making bacon.

Do note that tilesets differentiate by profession, not by skill, and that not all skills result in custom professions. The only professions you can possibly use (aside from noble positions) are these ones.

Somehow, 'DRUNK' seems like it would be fitting.

You could have berries on the rocks and the dwarves would say it was "berry gneiss."
You should die horribly for this. And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

Hmm.. So I noted that my plan to use leadership-skill did not work, so now I'm thinking that the males should have a weapon group for themself (so all, like, hammerdudes would be male tile and the rest female) and having a natural skill of 7 or so, then I could chage the name for that race's hammerdudes to be the name of the male caste, and in combination of nobles being caste exclusive that might work somewhat good...

I believe military professions are only used for active military creatures, meaning if you go the profession-based route you need to assign one civilian skill and one military skill exclusively to the males.

Any of the weapons skills would work, although I might suggest one of the redundant ones like Pike/Spear, Bows/Crossbows, or Hammer/Mace (as you suggested).

For civilian skills, Alchemist has its own profession listed, but has no function.  So you could give the males super-legendary alchemy skills and things would work ok.  If you coupled alchemy skill with an as-needed noble position, I think things would work no problem.

Note that the computer does not respect caste requirements on noble positions that it fills, meaning that any elected officials could be male or female.  It only enforces caste requirements on appointed by the player.
