If you have someone with 0 security, is it possible to get them to 1 security?

You'll need to learn it from someone.

When someone picks a lock, everyone in the squad gets decent security experience (the first few levels are fast).  Sending the trainees to the apartments with a single skilled liberal is far cheaper and faster than teaching.  If you don't actually trespass then you can easily get a full point of security for every trainee each trip!

Okay class, today we're going to take a field trip, and I will demonstrate the skills you need by taking you with me as I break into about thirty apartments, to show you all the tricks of the trade. For today's homework, you should go to the slums and do the same. There will be a car stealing quiz next week, so study hard.

Insight into a Counterrevolution: my Liberal childhood

The day I was born, 1995 was when the raport on the Waco siege was published
The back-street abortion doctor said I was too tough for him to handle. Three of his ribs were broken.
My parents named me nasty names
When I was bad, I was sent to the oil plant to learn a useful trade
When rich kids gone to elementary school, I was at the head of the oil plant chain gang. I worked very hard.
When I turned 10, the Liberal Crime Squad broke into the plant. Violently. I was amongst the liberated kids.
In junior LCS training I was sent out to reenact police beatings with other kids like me. We sucked, but so did life.
Things were getting really bad when I was cornered by a mob of rednecks. I was severly beaten before the mob was broken up.
Well, I know it had reached a crescendo when during a police raid I was handed a shotgun and told to shoot cops. We got off as three of the jury were closet socialists and the judge flashed the secret liberal signal.
I was only 15 when I ran away and I let people pay me for fast food. Rich people only. Fast food was now an illegal black market item.
Life went on. On my 18th birthday managed to acquire a now illegal assault rifle.
For the past few years I've been maintaining my rifle and refining my own gunpowder, I'm ready to shoot lead.

I live in Eco-collective 04, Southern Canada, and it's about to experience real change

You just gotta wonder who those easily recruited kids will grow to be, huh?
