Removing the "Diplomat has left unhappy" message

I have managed to stop most messages that pause the game from occuring (through announcements.txt) but I would like to do the same for this message. So how do I do it?

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

Don't let the diplomat leave unhappy.
Well if he doesnt leave unhappily he'd talk to the exp leader and that pause the game also.
Better solution: play with a dead civ.

Doesn't solve human and elven diplomats, and he won't get migrants either.

Perhaps I wasn't being very clear, My fortress has no access to the surface (for now anyways) and I have it set up so I can leave it AFK for stretches at a time. The other announcements that pause the game were easy enough to fix but I don't know how to stop this particular message from doing so.

Have you tried taking away their ability to speak?  There's a good chance this won't work retroactively (if done from the start, of course, it'll make them permahostile which would solve your problem if it didn't sound like you wanted to keep the fortress you have)...  but it might.
