Adamantine spire

I just embarked and guess what I found? yup.

Luckily enough, this adamantine spire is not 4000+Z-levels high, its only like 80. this means the map is actually playable!

Finally, surface adamantine without having to torture my CPU.

Is the vein hollow at the surface? If it isn't, I'm building a city on top of it.

Be careful with this thing. It is a hollow tube all the way down, and if you break it, you will have instant circus act.

oh, and theres an aquifer as well.

On the overland map, theres supposed to be a volcano on the embark, but it seems absent.

the Adamantine spire is at square 3, 3. the volcano is at square 2, 4.

lol. if it werent for the galena, the gold would be the least valuable metal in this embark.
