- tunnel being dug from cliff-face to previously unseen part of river.  

- tunnel hits towercap, and digging stops.

- woodcutter clears towercap.

- next square is a bush.  this square is still brown / designated for digging.

- loo(k)ing at the square shows no information at all.  not bush, not rock, nothing.

- a miner shows up and digs out the square.

- the square is no longer designated to be dug.  it is no longer a bush.  its just black.  loo(k)ing still reveals nothing.

i've got a savegame.  if the los code has been rewritten already, this might not be worth looking at.

I'm not sure if the rewrite handled this or not.  I'll make a note to check.

This happened to me a long time ago.  It cleared out on its own after a while.

yeah, it was okay once i explored the river from the other direction and re-discovered the area that was previously blank.  it probably would have also been okay if i just mined around the problem spot.
