my question is, why is he so blue? Is he an icedwarf from the genesis mod?

I sort of went for that old Japanese style where dead/dying people turn blue. He's dead because, you know... puddle of blood where his neck should be?

Dang it, I bet I suck at this.

That's actually really good. A lot better than my own MSPaint-fu. You would do wonders with professional art programs. I think the only bad part is that the use of the spraypaint tool makes me cringe.

I like it, it's perfect! Well apart from taking inspiration from a style that originates from a culture I don't fully understand, and a subject matter that I can't fully relate to, and not at all being cute. I mean would it have killed you to do a bunny?


Ok, serious now. It's good, I like it. Hair worked out very well, something I always have trouble with.

Deliberately askew for the cartoon style, although now that you mention it, that is a pretty strong angle.

I'll see if I can't think of another "Far Side"-style subject to draw.
