It is unlikely you will get much help with this kind of problem...

Your best bet is to start removing things one by one until it stops crashing, alternately make a stripped down set of minimalist raws and add stuff to it until it starts crashing.

I made myself a minimalist raw set with one stone, four creatures (one intelligent humanoid, on semimega beast, one megabeast and one domestic, all using the RCP parts for maximum compatibility), one entity, one plant, one tree, and one of each type of item. By dropping this into an existing mod I can remove anything I want without worrying that the crash is due to a required item or object missing. It should take less than an hour to make your own minimalist raw set.
