so my crappy fighter guards grab a waterskin gleefully thinking they will be allowed to stand guard or patrol longer duties when instead they just stand there filling up their waterskins!
WHEW! well after finally noticing my lazy dwarves guzzling water untill they passed out i figured it must be because they are wearing the waterskin on an x or X or XX damaged clothing thus somehow making the WATERSKIN have a (0GIANT HOLE0) in it so forever they will stand and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep and fill it up and sleep, atleast untill they get hungry or pissed off

please fix it so that the waterskin does not continuously be filled if worn on said item that is damaged causing the hole in the waterskin

It's not that the waterskins are leaking - there is a bug currently where soldiers will go to fill up their waterskins but never be able to finish it. They'll spend the rest of their lives standing by the well, accomplishing nothing.

Just set them to not use waterskins.
