I beat Spelunky... ...DRUNK!!!
Now really, we had a masquerade bale on our university and i got home pretty drunk (around three and a half bottles of wine and four shots of peach distillate in 6 hours ).  After i got home, instead of go to sleep, i started my comp and started spelunky. First run and i finished it, score 486175, i raided the black market, got into city of gold (bad thing i hadn't the opportunity to get the 99 bombs on the altar of Cali), so i finished the damn thing on the first run, with pretty good score...

Anyone had similar experience? Drunk, or somehow indisposed accomplish extraordinary gaming accomplishment?

I killed The final Bowser in Super mario 64 with only one slice of life left. pretty good seeings how he spews mario-seeking fire and you gotta throw him on the bombs.

other than that,  i can't even beat spelunky under normal circumstances

Beat I Wanna Be The Guy, with surprisingly few deaths. About fifty.

If it isn't limited to gaming, I chanted a good dozen lines of Torah while drunk. Was pretty impressive if you ask me.

I made the most progress in Perfect Dark (on Perfect Dark Difficulty, that is), while I was in the middle of having insomnia. I don't drink, so that's the closest you're going to get to a drunk feat from me.

I meat SuteF drunk... I don't think I could have done it sober though.

I am godlike in FPS games (Unreal Tournament style, that is) when drunk. Let's just say, my brain does trajectory calculations at light speeds when I have a few drinks in me. Simply put, it's best to stay away from me while armed with a flak cannon or a sniper rifle after a few drinks. Heck, I'll even drop numerous grenades (alt-fire rocket launcher) dead-on. I'm even rather formidable with the biorifle.

Oddly, my marksman skills are outright scary when I get drunk.

For me the challenge is more playing anything sober. The best I managed sober was making very, very, slow progress in stalker. As in 4 hours in and I was at the Garbage.

Unfortunately since I don't drink, don't do drugs, and the only head injury I ever recieved was at age 4 (or 5, or 6) so there isn't a lot to draw on...

I went 60/4 kills to deaths in DoD Source with a sniper rifle and a rum bottle. Hells to the yeah. You know you've pissed them off when they start trying to kick you and the votes go straight down team lines.
