[38a] Crashed when saving

I was playing in adventure mode when I found a cliff I wanted to jump off of. I saved next to the cliff, and within 5 minutes, Windows told me that DF had problems and needed to close. I didn't see it progressing, so I let it close.

Unfortunately, I don't have a save file for you. Sorry.
