My farmers (or anyone else for that matter) won't plant any plump helmet because they can't find any seeds. The thing is, I have a whole bag full of plump helmet spawn. My farmers were previously planting plump helmets, and suddenly they started spamming that they needed more seeds. I have no idea how to reproduce this, so I'm adding a link to my save file. The seeds are in the bag on the food pile, right north from the farm.

Is the bad decorated? There have been a few problems with decorated containers.

Or there might be a job for the bag to be put into a barrel.

It could have been a transit issue, since they wanted to put the bag in a barrel.  When I loaded it, they planted the seeds in a short while.

I just tried it again, and assigned my farmer to food/furniture hauling. It was as you suspected, he stuffed the bag in a barrel and went on his merry way to the farm.

Still, this bug applies to far more than just seeds. I think hauling jobs on items should be overridden if someone else needs the item.

Yeah, overriding hauls was put on to-do after a different thread.  It should help a lot of things.
