Can somebody please either update string dump or tell me how to?

It hasn't been updated since last July which puts it a couple of versions behind and probably means that many of the lists of tokens are inaccurate.

Could somebody either update it or tell me how to extract the relevant information from the current version of the game so that I can update it?
