Prepare Carfully location

I just downloaded the new version and would like to transfer over the prepare carefully file to the new version but cannot find where it is kept.

Does anyone know where?

There are a lot of new quirks to the materials available at embark; you may want to just redesign your starting team.

And sorry, I don't know the answer to the question you actually asked...
