I seem to have a weaver stuck in a fey mood. He is asking for:
Silk Cloth, cut gems, body parts, rock blocks, and logs.
However, as of now, he has collected 26 units of silk and nothing else; though, everything else is available.

Do you have any idea what caused this & how to fix it (preferably without killing)?

Congratulations! You've inadvertently caused the quantum artifact bug! If you had done it two years ago, and knew what you did to cause it, you'd be greatly respected for it, as the cause is something not-obvious and (especially then) somewhat difficult to pull off by accident.

Put simply, you've got the mooded weaver assigned to a burrow. That burrow does not include the clothier's shop that he's got claimed. As such, he brings cloth to the workshop, but fails to realize that he has gathered it, and so will continue to gather indefinitely. To fix this "problem," either remove him from all burrows, or assign him to a burrow that does include the clothier's shop (if you've got an alert active, this will mean expanding the alert burrow to include the shop).

Thanks for the help. It appears that hospital zones also trigger this behavior.

The end result of the mood was: Nirurenen, The Unseen Illness, a cave spider left mitten - valued at 70640

I guess the clothiers OCD to finish the artifact counts as an unseen illness.

I had this problem with cloth. Basically I deleted the cloth stockpile and that somehow seemed to cause him to realize that there was cloth there. Once he had grabbed some cloth I recreated the stockpile.
