Taking enemy equipment

How do I use the wrestling skill to remove enemy equipment? If I grab their weapon and just move back, I "Release grip", and if I check for wrestling options I can only do a take-down. What do?

Press shift+i (interact) then press on the red thing that looks like the weapon and a menu will pop up , press well the only one : Gain Possesion , You can do the same with bolts stuck up your.... limbs , or grab some water with a bucket or something , most of time :>

We really need one of the newbie guides or FAQ threads stickied and possibly locked to reduce question threads like these.

I made an FAQ thread and there's a Miscellaneous Questions Thread, should I ask a mod to sticky one or both?
