For some reason, on ANY fortres I make, if more than one rock ends up on a single tile, then neither of those rocks will ever generate a 'Dump Item' job if designated to be dumped.  I've dumped other rocks fine, so it's not that my dupm sites aren't working.

I've had this problem, but even with single stones on a tile. I've had a few areas where no stones would generate a dump job even when they did before, and I don't know why.

same here
i allocated 3 stones to be dumped nearby to move them out of the way for building (yes i know how to setup dump sites)
they never were jobs to dump for almost 1 year
i took the dump off and they moved shortly after to the stockpiles
