unbuild floortiles may collapse

hi,

ive been building a tower when unbuild floortiles killed one of my mesons because them lost connection as i deconstructed a wrong placed floortile.

hm. sounds silly, dont know how to say it better, so maby a picture is better:

F : build floortile that was deconstructed
X : stairs
U : unbuild floortiles (not begun, these collapsed)
* : air

didnt find a related and discovered bug, but maby i just missed something.

It could have been due to a piece of material already been brought to the tile. It could also be due to the construction material that dropped out of the deconstructed tile, though I am not sure if something like this can actually happen.
