Someguy: Samio is: Cool. He's cool because he just called Bob arrogant, which is a total WIN.

He's Confused about the Rules Because he said that Samio is meta "Because he may or may not have just described himself" when Samio CLEARLY said "You have to use what the person above you said about the person above them", and therefore should have included Samio's statement about Llama being a drama llama who likes hats.
