What do you mean there's no Katamari Damacy thread?

So I was introduced for the first time to Katamari Damacy (the original) about a week ago.

I knew it was awesome, but

I had no idea just HOW AWESOME it was.

It's so awesome.

SO AWESOME.

I'm listening to the OST pretty much nonstop these days.

Anyway, my question is, where should I go from here? Are the other Katamari games just as good?

I was informed by friends that We ♥ Katamari was even better than the original. Is this true?

And what about Beautiful Katamari and Katamari Forever? Are they worth it?

Well I mean I'm currently asking for advice about if the sequels are any good, so that's a start.


Otherwise, I dunno. Post speedruns? Challenge each others' time/size records on different levels?

They are pretty good. I mean, I only played 2 katamari games, the first and the second, but weeee, it's fun.

My Favorite mission is the Money collector

I didn't like how they changed it in its final PS3 sequel (Katamari Forever) back into Yen.

It just wasn't the same.
