I notice the line of tileinfo tools has been discontinued. Is it still possible to hack tiles in the new version?

It's still very possible, just hardly anyone (but myself) uses TileInfo so I havn't updated it, I'll make sure to at least have a new version ready (that is compatible with memory.ini) for the next version of DF.
