Whose steel helmet is this?

it's right here by the wagon, and we haven't even dug a hole to put the food in yet, let alone smelted steel and made it into a helmet.
and we damn sure didn't forgo the food and whatnot for an expensive piece of headware, of that im certain.

So whose helmet is this? and for that matter, the crossbow and quivver as well?

Hunters come with some free equipment, don't they? I thought it was leather, but hey.

hunter's uniform is always leather and they'd find the metal goods they are given when leaving the mountainhome too much of a hindrance.

I find myself with bits of copper breastplates and gauntlets sometimes.  I don't even know about it until I hear "A Rhesus Macaque has stolen a bronze gauntlet!" and I'm like, "Wait, what?  Oh good, my food is still there."
