I know about o -> x, but I want remove only this message, this flood my annoucement page.

You can't.
Good stockpile management, and having enough barrels / bins will reduce it's occurance though.

Mostly, this message is created when

- dwarf A needs item 1 from container X, but when he gets to actually picking up said item, container X is being hauled to a stockpile by dwarf B
- dwarf A needs product 1 that has just been made at workshop Y, but when he gets to picking it up, dwarf B is hauling product 1 to a stockpile
- dwarf A was going to grab a drink from barrel 1, but when he gets to it, dwarf B is drinking from barrel 1
