[38b] vermin spawning on my floors

I have a fortress built overhanging an ocean beach.  Jellyfish seem to spawn on the second floor, which is constructed.  I'm not sure if this is what's meant by bug 405; if not, then this is a new bug.

Then they just hang out happily until a cat goes and slaughters them wholesale, but I'm pretty sure that's just bug 622.

Yeah, it doesn't do very much.  It'll place a whale in a murky pool if it gets too close to the ocean.  I'll note your issue down in my bug comments so I make sure I remember it.
