goblin fortress/dark fortress idea thread

Whewt! I'm going to do a community (read: NOT SUCCESSION) fort using goblins.

So, I;ve already made a few modifications to the raws. they are as follows:

DOMESTIC ANIMAL CHANGES:
Beak dog (replaces domestic dog)
Muskox
No mule
No donkey
No dogs (they are exotic pets, however)
Jabberer (war purposes)
Warthog (war purposes)
Trolls  (war purposes)
Ogre (war purposes)
cave alligator (war purposes)
Giant olm (war purposes)
Giant cave swallow bird (war purposes)
Giant toad (war purposes)
Giant bat (yeeeah)
Voracious cave crawler (war purposes)

PLANT CHANGES:
removed all dwarven references to plant products...
I.E.: dwarven beer is now simply beer. Tossed around the idea of making it "goblin beer" but scrapped it.
Dwarven syrup is now syrup.

NOBLE CHANGES:
diversified noble classes.
I.E. expedition leader is now boss man, mayor is big boss man, bookkeeper is killcounter...

CLASS CHANGES:
? could, not sure what the purpose would be.

I'm using DFusion to embark as goblin. I will start with five goblins, one human (outlaw), and one dwarf (snatched as a baby)

Ideas?

Bypassing the whole "DFusion thing" and just giving goblins the [CIV_CONTROLLABLE] tag and some metals+ reactions.

still using DFusion though.

Creating world and testing, will leave this thread open for suggestions.

still keeping a few of these ideas though...

NEW IDEA:

Glad I didn't prematurely start this fortress. thanks for bearing ith me you... two... people.
