Reclaimed my fort, but my old dwarfs are still there!

I have reclaimed my fort,but my old dwarfs are still there. There doing nothing and are not a part of the settelement. But the are not melancholy crazed or a babbling wreck. So the are thinking normaly. Apparently the are refusing to leave there home. But should a normal thinking person not think, he these people are rebuilding my home. Great, if I help them, my home is going to rebuild! So I think this is a bug, perhaps the wont move back to the kingdom, and that is the bug?

I think when you abandon a fort the game spawns a migrant group of all your dwarves. If you abandoned and then immediately reclaimed, they might have still been there, and the game may not handle migrant groups right in fortress mode.
