I just found this online.

Basically it's an old PS1 game that's now open source and worked on by a small community.

The graphics aren't anything to write home about, but it has some pretty interesting features such as a persistent world, (you keep your base and any defences you build through multiple missions as the area available expands,)  and the ability to design your own attack vehicles from parts.

Anyone with an interest in old school RTS games might like to check it out

I'd love to play some more of this like nobodies business, but I'm using a backup laptop presently after my last one died for a few months, and it's age old. The processor would likely blow up if I tried to run this. =3
