The Blue Stuff

I've got a nice embark - flat woodlands with a river right next to a volcano, with a tube of the blue stuff exposed at the surface right between them. So that's promising. Obv I don't want to breach it any time soon, but I kind of want to pump magma up to the top of the tube and pour it in. Will that piss off the HFS?

 AFAIK HFS are immune to lava.

Do they move through it easily? Will pouring lava in from above count as a breach?

Shouldn't you, in theory, be able to dump lava down there then dump water down there to encase them in obsidian?
