Possession Problem ... muttering "Musoddatan"
« on: March 14, 2011, 11:45:05 am »

I tried posting this in the BUG REPORTING section ... but I wasn't able to start a new topic. Anyway...

One of my dwarves got possessed ... when I checked the workshop he claimed, he was muttering "Musoddatan" ... I thought "Musoddatan" probably meant something else (like muttering "stone bars" actually means he wants "metal bars").
So I checked the wiki ... and there was nothing there for "Musoddatan".

My fortress is pretty robust, and my dwarves have a ton of resources and material, and I import alot of random stuff that I dont make. So, I can't seem to think what this guy wants!!!

Any ideas?  Seems like a bug to me. Using the latest version (.21)

Oh, forget it. Seems like he wasn't looking for any more materials. I guess he found everything he needed. The object he was creating was called Musoddatan.

I just thought he was going to go beserk and start a murderous rampage.

Yup, thats just the name of the thingy he was making. After he has gathered all of the materials it says "Urist McMoody starts working furiously" or something like that. Each of the moods has a different text when you examine the shop. This might be useful to you.
