cancel all jobs?

i am being attacked, and i just checked and about 80% of my dwarves are outside my fortress, is there anyway to call dwarves home and cancel all their orders?

burrows.
(that only works if the dwarves are able to walk to the burrow (your fortress) without seeing an enemy)
