Bot sending PMs?

I've recently received this message.

This TatzederSchi has 0 posts, and the message was sent to a few over people, Deon, CJ1145, quinnr and Evilgrim. Are the bots getting smarter and starting to PM? I couldn't find a button to report the message or the bot, is there one somewhere?

 I doubt it's a bot. Maybe a troll, or just someone not familiar with internet etiquette.

I dunno, it seems rather bot-ish.  It has all the parts... random messages, advertisement, questionable grammar, low posts...

It's not a bot, but a member of the EoFS forum mentioned. He seems to have rather bad search/correlation skills, as I don't remember any of the people mentioned ever showing interest in playing in any of the EoFS games we had here.
