New Healthcare Fixes confirmed

So, what do you think Today changed? I am hoping for cast and powder fix, and maybe make it so all people with the diagnostician task diagnose dwarves instead of just the chief medical officer.

What do you hope is fixed?

Oh, and on a side note, this forum section has 666 pages. >.>

It doesn't say he fixed anything. ThreeToe was summarising what happened in 2010.
