dried up murky pools stay murky pools

I was waiting for a murky pool to dry up, so that i could use it for outdoor farming

however I can't build a farmplot there, because it sais it needs either soil or mud

however, the dried up pool is still a pool, and it#s ground is not handled like the soil it should be

I had to distinguish the pool tiles, and I can't immediately change this unfortunately.
