question about numbers next to names

characters have numbers next to their names like 13/1
the first I figure is total skill points, what is the second?

The second number represents the amount of Skill the Liberal has with her currently equipped weapon; ergo, if she is unarmed, and there's a four there, she has a Martial Arts of four.
